A really great work! When I walked out of the room, I see the huge fish flying in the sky, but then I see the four corners of the fish tank, making I think myself as a fish being trapped in it. It's so impressive.
I like how you put the text floating in the air to instruct the player and tell the story, and help building the atmosphere of the game at the same time.
I really enjoyed the box in a box in a box with the scaling. The beginning was eerie and I liked the theme that as long as you kept chasing the fish, you took care of yourself and the house became cleaned up and less creepy (with no dead fish). I liked the environment changing between entering the house scene.
The light being used in the beginning to act as a flashlight is a nice touch to explore the space. The changes in scenery is really impressive and makes you think about where you are and where you are trying to go.
I absolutely love the different scenes and textures, moving through various spaces that differ in size and atmosphere. The narrative is super compelling, paired with text and sound to guide the player through this mysterious adventure.
the player navigation was really great, especially that lit mountain. It actually encourage players to explore and think about it first to figure out where to go next, before concluding that the lit mountain might be the right place to go
This is amazing! The visuals are super cool, I love the use of fog to add more to the atmosphere, especially in the last space. I also really like the texture on the rocky mountains. I like the visual storytelling and use of text as well.
Good use of audio and text to establish the mysterious feeling of the game. I also like how each setting adds more to the narrative, but it still remains a mystery. Good use of game design to guide the player.
This game has a sort of a three-act structure and I love the world building and the visual language: fog, shadows, as well as the SOUND DESIGN - definitely selling the underwater feel.
The changing of scaling was really nice, where we go from being inside a house to being inside a fish tank. I thought the scene with the mountains was super unique and the textures made me feel like I was surrounded by water.
I like how it all ended up being that we are one fish in a giant fish tank. Or is the fish tank huge because we are small? My bias towards my love of fish is showing.
This is so so so so cool. I don't have any complaints, I think that narratively this story is so interesting and the text establishes the mood super well. Amazing job.
